Delete your Vetline account
You can request deletion of your Vetline account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.
01How to request deletion
If you would like to delete your Vetline account and associated personal data, you can request deletion in one of the following ways:
1. From the Vetline app
- 1Open Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
- 2Confirm your request.
- 3Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted.
2. If you cannot access the app
Email us at info@vetline.pk with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. Include the phone number associated with your Vetline account.
02What data will be deleted
When your account is deleted, we will permanently delete:
- Your profile information (name, phone number, email if provided)
- Pet profiles
- Medical records
- Appointments
- Chat messages
- Uploaded photos and documents
- Other personal data associated with your account
03Data that may be retained
Some information may be retained for a limited period if required to:
- Comply with legal obligations
- Resolve disputes
- Prevent fraud or abuse
- Enforce our Terms of Service
Any retained information will be kept only for as long as required by applicable law.
